Cleaning, floors, paint, brickand pressure washing, from one company.
Innovation Plus cleans, lays floors, paints, sets brick and pressure washes, on houses and on buildings across New England, in every residential and commercial sector. One walkthrough covers the whole property, the scope goes in writing, and the work is ordered so no crew undoes what the last one finished. Based in Groton, MA.
Innovation Plus at a glance
Commercial accounts can ask for a window outside those hours and usually get it.
Licensed and insured on every job
All five trades run under the same coverage, and you can ask for the certificate before a crew ever parks in front of your building. Property managers and general contractors ask for it first, so we keep it ready instead of hunting for it after you sign.
A free walkthrough before any number
Nobody prices a building over the phone. Somebody comes out, counts the rooms, reads the mortar joints, checks what the last paint job is doing, and only then gives you a figure. It takes about half an hour in a house and it costs you nothing.
Five trades, one walkthrough, one number
Washing the siding, sanding the floors, painting the porch, resetting the front steps and turning the unit over stop being five separate phone calls. One visit covers the whole property, the work gets ordered so nothing is done twice, and one person picks up when something needs to change.
Booked around your building, not ours
Monday to Saturday, eight to six, with commercial work moved to evenings, early mornings or weekends when the space has to stay open. Tenant turnovers get scheduled to the key handover date, not to whatever slot was free.
Five trades, one walkthrough, one written scope
Most properties around here need more than one of these, and the order they happen in decides whether you pay once or twice. Brick first, then floors, then paint once the dust is down, then the clean. Outside, the wash goes on before any paint or sealer does.

See pressure washingHomes during the day, buildings around your hours
We take both, in every sector. A single family house, a forty unit block, an office, a restaurant, a school, a warehouse. The two sides run on different schedules, different equipment and a different kind of paperwork. What never changes is the walkthrough that came first and the scope you approved.

For your home
Single family houses, condos and townhouses, two and three families, apartment blocks and the units inside them. A standing cleaning visit on a fixed day, carpets and upholstery brought back, floors sanded or replaced, inside and outside painting, and the front steps and chimney handled by the same company that cleans the place.

For your building
Offices, medical suites, retail, restaurants, schools, daycares, places of worship, gyms, salons, warehouses, light industrial and managed portfolios. Cleaned after close or before opening, floors stripped and recoated overnight, painted suite by suite, and the masonry punch list closed out by one insured contractor.
See commercial servicesFour ways a property job goes wrong around here
Every one of them traces back to something nobody settled before the first day. So we settle all of it, in writing, at a walkthrough that costs you nothing.
How it usually goes
Four trades means four contractors and four schedules
The front steps need repointing, the floors need sanding, the porch needs paint and the unit needs a turnover clean. That is four quotes, four deposits and four companies who never speak to each other, and you are the one holding the calendar together.
Cold weather turns into either an excuse or a lie
Mortar and paint both behave differently once nights get cold, and most contractors handle that by either refusing the job or pretending the weather is not a factor. Both answers cost you. One sends you into next year, the other gets paid in November and leaves you finding the problem in April.
The number on the phone is not the number on the invoice
A price given sight unseen holds until the crew opens the wall, finds the joint is deeper than it looked, and the hours run long. Nothing was written down, so now it is your word against theirs.
The dust lands on the work you just paid for
Sanding a floor throws fine dust onto every surface in the house, so a room painted the week before gets painted again. Cleaning before the trades are finished means cleaning it twice. The order the work happens in decides how many times you pay for the same room.
How Innovation Plus runs it
The walkthrough comes first, on every trade
We look before we price, whether it is a two bathroom condo or a brick facade with forty years of failed pointing. Room count, what is under the carpet, how much wood is left above the tongue, the state of the mortar joints, what the last coat of paint is doing. It is free, it takes about half an hour in a house, and it is the only honest way to put a number on the work.
One price per job and a written scope to match
You get a single figure and a list of exactly what that figure covers, area by area and trade by trade. If something has to be added, you approve the change before it happens. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the list.
The right trade in the right order
We work year round, and we tell you what the weather changes about your job before you book it. Cleaning, flooring, interior painting and post construction do not care what month it is. Masonry and exterior work in the cold need heated enclosures, warmed materials and a mix built for low temperatures, which we quote as part of the job instead of leaving you to find out in the spring.
Licensed and insured, and happy to prove it
The certificate goes to you, to your property manager or to your general contractor before the first day on site, not after. It covers the cleaning crews, the floor mechanics, the painters, the masons and the washing crews the same way.
From the first message to a property you stop worrying about
Six steps, and the only one that needs you on site is the walkthrough.
Tell us what the property is
Call, text or send the form. What the building is, what needs doing, whether anyone is living or working in it while the work happens, and the deadline you are working against. Photos of the brick, the peeling paint or the room in question save everybody a step.
Free walkthrough
We come out and look, at no charge. About half an hour in a house. Longer on a facade or a commercial buildout, because the honest number lives in the mortar joints and behind the equipment, not at the front door.
One number and a written scope
You get one price and the list of what it covers, trade by trade and area by area. Cut anything, add anything, change the order, all before you agree to a start date. Once it is set, it holds.
The order of work, decided on purpose
When a property needs more than one trade, the sequence matters. Masonry and carpentry first, then floors, then paint once the dust has settled, then cleaning last so nobody undoes it. Outside, the wash goes ahead of any paint, stain or sealer. We map that out on the scope so you are not paying for the same room twice.
Your dates and your crew
You get a start date agreed in writing and the same people coming back until the job is closed. Close to home that means a same week window. Further out it means a block of days held for your property, told to you before you commit. Commercial accounts get keys, codes and hours logged to the crew assigned to the building.
Say something and it changes
Anything you flag goes on the scope that day. The list is supposed to follow the property. Nothing on it moves without you knowing first.

Square footage on a call is a guess. Two condos the same size can be two different jobs once you see how they are lived in and what the last four winters did to the entry. The walkthrough is free and the number that follows it holds.

Flatness, moisture and how much the floor deflects under weight. That read is what decides whether tile is even sensible in a room, whether a floating plank will stay locked, and whether an old oak floor has enough left above the tongue to sand again. Hardwood Floor Refinishing
We measure what is left above the tongue first, then tell you whether the floor needs a full sand or just a recoat.

Questions we get asked
If your question is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
Do you work on homes, businesses, or both?
Both, and they run as two programs. Commercial work gets scoped area by area and scheduled around your operating hours, with evening, early morning and weekend windows when the space cannot close. Residential work runs on a daytime schedule Monday to Saturday. What they share is the free walkthrough, the written scope and one price for the job.
Can I book more than one trade at the same time?
That is most of what we do. A landlord books the turnover clean and the interior repaint together. A homeowner has the floors sanded, the trim painted and the front steps reset in the same stretch of weeks. One walkthrough covers the whole property, the work gets put in an order that stops one crew undoing another, and you get one scope and one person to call instead of four.
How do you price a job?
After the walkthrough, never before it. Cleaning is priced by the property and the frequency. Flooring is priced by the square footage, the subfloor underneath and how much of the old floor has to come out. Painting is priced by the surfaces, the prep the walls actually need and the number of coats. Masonry is priced by the footage of the work and what we find once the failed joints come out. Pressure washing is priced by the surfaces, their size and how much growth and staining is on them. All of it lands as one written figure before a start date is agreed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and the certificate is available before the first day on site rather than after. Property managers, general contractors and condo associations usually want it in hand before scheduling, so we send it with the scope instead of waiting to be asked.
Can you do masonry and exterior painting in the winter?
We take masonry and exterior painting year round. Warm months are simpler and cost less, because mortar and paint both cure on their own. In the cold the same work needs heated enclosures, warmed sand and water, insulated blankets over fresh joints, and products built for low temperature cure. That is real work with a real price, and we put it in the quote instead of pretending the weather is not there. Call in January and we will tell you exactly what winter adds to the number.
Do I have to be there while you work?
Most clients are not. Leave a key, a code or a lockbox once, it goes on your file and gets logged to the crew assigned to you, and we lock up behind us. Plenty of people prefer to be there for the first visit so they can walk the property with the crew, and that usually makes the written list sharper.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the area by area list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- An area by area list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One price per visit, never a running clock
- A separate kit of cloths and mops for every area
- The same crew comes back to your address
- A few days of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
