Commercial work you can check line by line
Twelve building types across New England, from an office suite to a warehouse, cleaned, floored, painted, washed and repaired around your hours. A written scope, a set price, and one number a person answers.
Find your building
Every building type runs a different scope, schedule and set of equipment, and the paperwork a property manager needs is not the paperwork a general contractor needs.
Office Cleaning
Worked after hours on a written task list, desks left alone and the salt kept off the lobby floor.
DetailsMedical & Dental Office Cleaning
Waiting room and operatories cleaned after hours on color separated cloths, with regulated waste left to your vendor.
DetailsRetail Store Cleaning
Entry glass, fitting rooms and the floor under the fixtures, all handled before you unlock the door.
DetailsRestaurant & Kitchen Cleaning
Grease, quarry tile, drains, the dish pit and the dumpster pad, worked after close on a written scope.
DetailsProperty Management & Common Areas
Lobbies, corridors, stairwells, laundry and trash rooms, scoped per building with one number to call.
DetailsApartment Building Turnovers
Empty units cleaned and painted on one price per unit, finished before the keys change hands.
DetailsSchool & Daycare Cleaning
Nightly cleaning on your term calendar, low surfaces included, with the deep clean booked into summer.
DetailsGym & Fitness Studio Cleaning
Grips, benches, rubber flooring, showers and mirrors, with odor pulled out at the source.
DetailsWarehouse & Industrial Cleaning
Machine scrubbed floors, dock doors, racking dust and break rooms, worked on your off shift.
DetailsSalon & Spa Cleaning
Hair out of the traps, color off the counters, treatment rooms reset, worked on your closed day.
DetailsChurch & Place of Worship Cleaning
Sanctuary, pews, entry and the hall kitchen, on a scope written to the budget you approved.
DetailsGeneral Contractors & Builders
Rough, fine and final cleanup on your dates, plus the masonry punch list, from one sub instead of three.
DetailsWork that cuts across every building
Some jobs do not belong to one kind of property. These run inside an existing agreement or stand on their own.
Move In & Move Out Cleaning
Empty unit work timed to the key handover, with cabinet interiors, appliance insides and closet shelves on the list.
DetailsPost Construction Cleaning
Rough, fine and final passes for general contractors, run backward from your inspection date instead of forward from ours.
DetailsPre Sale & Listing Cleaning
Booked to the photo shoot and the first open house, aimed at the surfaces a wide angle lens actually picks up.
DetailsCarpet Cleaning
Dry soil out first, then pre spray, agitation and extraction, with air movers running so nobody walks on wet carpet.
DetailsUpholstery & Sofa Cleaning
The tag decides the method. W, S, WS or X, checked in a hidden spot, then as little moisture as the fabric allows.
DetailsTile & Grout Cleaning
Grout is porous, so the color sits inside it. Dwell time, machine agitation and a pressure rinse get it back out.
DetailsWindow Cleaning
Both faces of the glass, screens washed, tracks vacuumed dry first, and storm panels pulled so all four faces get done.
DetailsInterior Painting
Plaster read and repaired first, trim cut in by hand, and the room protected while you keep living in the house.
DetailsExterior Painting
Clapboard and cedar shingle washed, scraped and primed, then coated inside the window the weather allows.
DetailsCommercial Painting
Corridors, stairwells, suites and unit turnovers painted off hours, with low odor products where people work in the morning.
DetailsHardwood Floor Refinishing
We measure what is left above the tongue first, then tell you whether the floor needs a full sand or just a recoat.
DetailsHardwood Flooring Installation
Boards acclimated in the room, subfloor flattened and screwed, then nailed, glued or floated depending on what is under it.
DetailsVinyl Plank & Laminate Flooring
Subfloor leveled first, then click lock or glue down plank, plus a straight answer on where it does not belong.
DetailsTile Flooring Installation
Deflection checked first, then membrane or backer board, full thinset coverage, and a layout that hides the cut row.
DetailsCarpet Installation
New tack strip, a pad rated for the traffic, seams placed away from the window light, and a proper power stretch.
DetailsCommercial Floor Care
VCT stripped and refinished, or scrubbed and recoated when the finish is still sound, on a schedule that runs after you close.
DetailsRepointing & Tuckpointing
Old joints cut to depth and repacked with a mix matched to your brick, in conditions built for the mortar to cure.
DetailsBrick & Block Work
Foundations, veneer, lintels and bowed walls, with replacement brick toothed in so the patch disappears into the field.
DetailsChimney Repair & Rebuilds
Crown, cap, flashing and the top courses, fixed in the order water actually travels into a chimney.
DetailsSteps, Stoops & Walkways
Settled granite, failed stoop caps and heaved walks, reset or rebuilt so treads drain instead of holding a sheet of ice.
DetailsHouse Washing
Vinyl, clapboard and painted siding soft washed, with plants, outlets and light fixtures protected before the first pass.
DetailsDriveway, Walkway & Patio Cleaning
Concrete drives, paver patios, walks and stone stoops cleaned evenly, without etching the surface or emptying the joints.
DetailsDeck & Fence Washing
Pressure treated, cedar and composite decks and fences cleaned gently, brightened, and left ready for stain or paint.
DetailsCommercial Pressure Washing
Sidewalks, entries, dumpster pads, parking areas and facades washed around your hours, with the drains protected.
DetailsWhat a commercial agreement here actually says
A facility manager does not need a brochure. They need to know what was promised, who is coming, and who picks up the phone the night it goes wrong.
- A scope of work written area by area and task by task
- One contact with a direct number, not a ticket queue
- The same crew assigned to your building
- Restrooms serviced and restocked to a written count
- A separate kit per area, so restroom tools stay on restrooms
- Keys, fobs and alarm codes controlled in writing
- Certificate of insurance to you before the first day on site
- Floor care scheduled overnight or on a weekend, never mid shift
- Sidewalks and dumpster pads washed with the storm drains covered
- Thirty days notice to end it, and that runs both ways
Every zone in your building gets its own cloths, mop heads and buckets, marked and kept apart on the cart. Your staff can see the split, which is the point.
Commercial at a glance
Multi site accounts get one contact, one schedule and invoices broken out per location.
Houses and buildings, in every sector
Commercial is half the work. The other half is houses, and they run out of the same office under the same insurance, which is why a property manager can hand us a portfolio of both.
Residential
Single family houses, condos and townhouses, two and three family buildings, apartment blocks and the units inside them, rentals between tenants, new construction at handover, and second homes.
Commercial, industrial and institutional
Offices and medical suites, retail stores and restaurants, schools, daycares and places of worship, gyms, salons and clinics, warehouses, plants and light industrial space, banks and professional offices, municipal and community buildings, plus the property managers and general contractors who hold several of these at once.
Commercial questions
If your question is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
Do you work on homes, businesses, or both?
Both, and they run as two programs. Commercial work gets scoped area by area and scheduled around your operating hours, with evening, early morning and weekend windows when the space cannot close. Residential work runs on a daytime schedule Monday to Saturday. What they share is the free walkthrough, the written scope and one price for the job.
Can I book more than one trade at the same time?
That is most of what we do. A landlord books the turnover clean and the interior repaint together. A homeowner has the floors sanded, the trim painted and the front steps reset in the same stretch of weeks. One walkthrough covers the whole property, the work gets put in an order that stops one crew undoing another, and you get one scope and one person to call instead of four.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and the certificate is available before the first day on site rather than after. Property managers, general contractors and condo associations usually want it in hand before scheduling, so we send it with the scope instead of waiting to be asked.
Do you handle post construction cleanup for contractors?
Yes, and it is a large part of the commercial side. Rough clean, fine clean and a final detail pass timed to your certificate of occupancy inspection or the client walkthrough, with the same crew on site from the first pass to handover so nothing gets relearned halfway through the job.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the area by area list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- An area by area list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One price per visit, never a running clock
- A separate kit of cloths and mops for every area
- The same crew comes back to your address
- A few days of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
Straight answers
Commercial accounts can ask for a window outside those hours. Calls after close get returned the next business morning.
Get your free walkthrough
Tell us where the place is and what it needs. We book the walkthrough, then you get the list and one price back in writing.
Send the floor plan and your hours. You get a scope back.
A commercial quote comes after walking the building with your facility contact, and it arrives in writing with the area by area task list attached to it.
