Medical and Dental Cleaning, After Hours Only
After hours cleaning for medical and dental practices in the Merrimack Valley, with the waiting room and the treatment rooms run as two separate jobs, on separate cloths, only when the office is closed.
A practice is really two buildings under one roof. The front is a waiting room, a reception counter, a glass partition and a rack of chairs that every patient touches on the way in. The back is treatment rooms, and it gets handled as its own zone with its own cloths, its own mop head and its own bucket, color coded so nothing that touched an operatory ever crosses to a table out front. Touch points come before floors, because that is what people actually contact: chair arms, door handles, light switches, the counter edge patients lean on, the pen at the sign in window. Disinfectant only does anything while it is wet, so the crew leaves it on the surface for the dwell time printed on the label instead of drying it off in one pass. Each of those steps is written into your scope room by room, so your office manager can read the list back and know exactly what happened the night before.
There is a hard line in this work and we say it out loud. We do not handle regulated medical waste. Sharps containers, red bag material and anything your licensed disposal vendor is contracted to remove stay with that vendor, and your written scope states it in plain language so responsibility is never in question. What we do take is everything around it: ordinary trash and recycling, the floors, the restrooms, the sterilization and lab area surfaces you list, and restocking exam rooms from the stock you keep on the shelf, so the first appointment is not waiting on paper. All of it runs after the last patient leaves or before the first one arrives, never with somebody in the chair. And when the waiting room needs paint rather than another wipe down, our painters take it on a weekend the practice is closed and the room is back in service on Monday.

What the program covers
- Waiting room, reception glass and the check in counter
- Chair arms, handles, switches and the pens people share
- Treatment rooms wiped with cloths that never leave that zone
- Disinfectant left wet for the dwell time on the label
- Restrooms cleaned, restocked and dried between visits
- Exam room paper, soap and gloves refilled from your stock
- Floors damp mopped, with corners and baseboards by hand
- Regulated waste left sealed for your licensed vendor
Four things we hear before we start
These four come up in nearly every walkthrough we do of medical and dental suites. If any of them sound like your building, they belong in the scope.
The waiting room chairs get wiped with the same cloth that just came out of an operatory.
Your assistants are staying late to clean rooms they were never hired to clean.
Nobody restocks the exam room paper and gloves, so the first patient of the day waits.
The cleaners keep arriving while a patient is still in the chair at the front.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the area by area list in writing. You decide after that, in your own time.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- An area by area list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One price per visit, never a running clock
- A separate kit of cloths and mops for every area
- The same crew comes back to your address
- A few days of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
