You never buy your own supplies and your trunk never turns into a storage closet. Vacuums, paint, sundries, mixers and staging are loaded before you get there.
Work that does not stop in January
Masonry, exterior painting and pressure washing slow down in winter. Flooring, interior painting, post construction and commercial cleaning do not, so the calendar keeps going when the weather turns.

What we look for
- Reliable transportation, and a valid license for crew lead roles
- Comfortable being background checked before you hold a key
- Able to lift and stay on your feet through a full shift
- Some experience on a cleaning, flooring, painting, masonry or pressure washing crew
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
